the staff were very friendly. the upper terrace was lovely, especially during sunset. i found that breakfast included was very good. there was a machine available for hot drinks all day too.
i noticed the hotel had no air conditioning, which might be uncomfortable during warmer months. i needed to keep the windows open, and it was quite noisy outside due to street activity.

The location proved convenient for exploring. It was close to many attractions.
The room's layout presented some issues. The toilet was separate from the sink, a considerable inconvenience. obtaining extra toilet paper involved dealing with a rude front desk staff member. It was quite unpleasant. daily room cleaning wasn't standard, and we needed to request necessities at the front desk.
